Reliability Of Speeds and Accuracy of Speed Map

The speed map is generated by users of Out There Internet uploading their speed test results through our app and other methods. From time to time, factors such as network issues, congestion during school holidays as well as what device you are using, may affect the anticipated speed results, and this result in lower speeds than those on the map. Whilst we can't take responsibility for issues arising from the network, and those relating to the device you are using, we encourage users to contact us if they are not getting the approximate speeds they are expecting, so that we can check that the hardware is functioning correctly.
